Here are some more pictures from our mini-getaway to Palm Springs for New Years.  It was so nice and relaxing, the weather was amazing, and we loved spending time with our friends!

I also put together this little video of our trip.  Jeremy and I don’t usually exchange gifts for Christmas.  Instead, we usually decide on something to get for the both of us.  This year we picked up a Contour Roam video camera and brought it along for the trip.  It’s been a fun little camera to use and it added some cool perspectives to the video.  Enjoy!

Stopped by the Parker Palm Springs for brunch.

Lounged around the pool in the loveliest SoCal winter weather.

Hiked around Joshua Tree National Park and caught a beautiful sunset!

Before heading home, we had to stop by and see the Cabazon Dinosaurs.

Happy New Year everyone!  Hope you had wonderful holiday season!

We headed out to Palm Springs with some friends for NYE.  We rented an awesome house together and had such a great time hanging out poolside in lovely 80° weather.  It was a great way to ring in the new year!

Here’s a collection of iPhone pics from our weekend.  These were taken on Instagram and Hipstamatic Disposable.  Hipstamatic Disposable is a fun app where you can share a “disposable” camera with friends. Everyone that you invite can take pictures on the shared camera from their own phone, and you can only see the images once all 24 frames have been shot.  It’s fun to see everyone’s pictures once it’s done!

Here’s to a wonderful 2012!

It’s freezing outside!  And by freezing I mean…45º F.  -_-   Yah, I know for most people that’s hardly cold at all, but for this wimpy So Cal girl, anything under 65º is cause for me to break out my space heater.  So enjoy this little escape to warmer waters!

After Karen & Greg’s wedding, we spent a few extra days in Maui enjoying the sun and the food!  Last year when we went to Hawaii, I really wanted to find a turtle sunbathing on the beach (we found one!).  This time, I was on a mission to snorkel with one.  I’m happy to say that I can now check that off my list!

One of the first things we always do when we arrive in Hawaii is stop by Foodland and pick up some essentials.  And by essentials I mean portuguese sausage, fruit, POG juice, and POKE!  I seriously LOVE the food in Hawaii!

We took another trip up to Haleakala.  Seeing the sunrise up there is pretty spectacular, but it’s also FREEZING and you have to wake up super duper early.  So we prefer to go up during the day when it’s not quite so cold and when we don’t have to wake up before the crack of dawn.  You should still bring a jacket though as it’s still a little chilly up there.

Wow…It’s been forever since I’ve blogged!  Time sure is flying by fast!  Can you believe it’s almost Christmas?  Are you guys ready for the holidays?

In the midst of the busyness, enjoy this sweet After Session taken at Kapalua Bay in Hawaii.

Getting married in Hawaii….it doesn’t get much better than that!  I recently flew out to Maui to photograph Karen & Greg’s wedding at The Plantation House.  A little rain didn’t stop Karen & Greg from being all smiles as they happily celebrated their marriage that day!

Congrats, Karen & Greg!  I’m so happy for you guys!

A big thank you to Marina for flying out from Oahu to shoot with me!  Love you, girl!

And stay tuned for photos from their After Session, as well as some personal photos from the trip. =)

Was excited to work with Dan & Jessica again!  I worked with them last year on a wedding and a photo shoot…they are fab!

These two were very determined to catch the bouquet!
